Time-frame of the project: 15.4.2016 – 30.6.2016
The project was carried out under a contract with SIRC Sp. z o.o. company. The aim of the project was to develop and fabricate two sets of low-cost devices for Radio over Fiber (RoF) transmission. The first wired RoF link is dedicated for unidirectional transmission in the frequency range up to 4 GHz. It consists of:
- electro-optical module,
- opto-electrical module,
- 10 m long fiber patchcord.
The second set is dedicated for bidirectional wireless transmission and is consisted of:
- bidirectional radio-over-fiber module,
- bidirectional photonic antenna for 2.3-2.9 GHz band,
- two 10 m long fiber patchcords.
