Special attention has \nbeen recently put on software-defined radio systems and \nsmart and reconfigurable antennas, electronically controlled \nand photonic antennas, time-modulated antennas and MIMO \nsystem etc. The group also specializes in investigating the \nproperties of materials (incl. semiconductors, ferroelectrics, \ngraphene, composites etc.) in range up to 500 GHz. \nMeasuring abilities include a sub-THz 3D scanner for \nimaging investigation.
